Right in the Karen Shopping Centre in Nairobi, The Horseman serves up good international fare, including sandwiches and pizzas, Indian food, juicy steaks, Chinese food, pan-African food.

In the back of The Horseman Restaurant is a bar that looks like something out of Arabian Nights. There are mirrors on the walls, comfy couches and pillows, and large swaths of fabric hanging from the ceilings. It is definitely worth a visit for those visiting Nairobi.

Located in Nairobi’s upscale Karen neighborhood just down the road from Karen Shopping Centre, Talisman Restaurant is a great place for lunch or dinner.  It is popular with local and expats from all over the world, as well as with visitors to Nairobi.

Lunch guests at Talisman Restaurant can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the outdoor patio and garden while dining on excellent meat or vegetarian dishes.  In the evening, there are lots of small indoor rooms, smoking and non-smoking, where you can enjoy international cuisine and wine.

The food at Talisman Restaurant in Nairobi consists of a large range of dishes from all over the world.  The Thai and Indian are particularly good, as are the vegetarian options.  Particularly good are the corriander and feta samosas with chili dipping sauce, the Thai coconut chicken with rice, and the chicken tikka kebabs with rice, naan, and yogurt and tamirind dipping sauces.  Most main dishes at Talisman cost around 1000 KES.
